Security alert halts Remembrance service

A REMEMBRANCE service has been postphoned in Co Derry, as police search for a suspect device.
The security operation is underway in the village of Bellaghy in relation to this morning's Remembrance Day Parade following information that a suspect device may have been left in the area.
Police have consulted fully with parade organisers and this morning's Parade has been postponed whilst the security operation takes place.
Police are asking anyone who notices any suspicious objects in the area not to approach the object but to contact police immediately.
There have been no claims by any organisations of a device having been left in the area
